It is a trust managed by its Committee, financed by Chairman of the Trust. The functions of Bijoyini Smruti Trust can be found in objectives.

1. Conducts annually Bijoyini Smruti Sabha on 16^th of September, from 2014
2. It publishes a social magazine with a theme named as Bijoyini annually, distributed among participants of Bijoyini Smruti Sabha. It has issues on philosophy, religion, literature or patriotism
3. It conducts Bijoyini Memorial Lecture from 2016 on any date, preferably on 16^th September with publication of Bijoyini Memorial Lecture Booklet
4. It selects student scoring highest marks in Public Administration Final Year, Utkal University, Vani Vihar, Bhubaneswar; Political Science Plus-3 Final Examination of Rama Devi University, Bhubaneswar; Political Science Plus-3 Final Examination of Saila Bala Women’s College, Cuttack; Bijoyini Award to a young dynamic Woman of Odisha in field of sports, dance, music or arts. Also it sponsors some publications and awards apart from afore mentioned.
5. Bijoyini Smruti Trust is also sponsorer of Talapadeswari Sahitya Asar, constituted by young, dyamic, creative-minded students of Utkal University. This proud institution is growing since 1997-98 in the premises of Talapadeswari Temple of Vani Vihar and has touched the heart and soul of lovers of literature and nature of Odisha. Trust offers Professor Bijoyini Mohanty Talapadeswari Samman to the best achiever from among members of the Asar annually from 2014.
